CHEESE STUFFED TOMATOES 
Med. to lg. red, ripe tomatoes
Gruyere cheese, shredded
Fresh basil
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cut a circle from the top of the tomatoes. Scoop out the interior of the tomatoes and fill the cavity with alternating layer of gruyere cheese, basil, and Mozzarella cheese. The filling should come slightly above the top of the tomatoes. Place them in a baking dish and put into a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is just melted. Serve immediately.
