HEARTY SAUSAGE SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut up
1 lg. chopped onion
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 med. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. water
1/2 lb. pkg. pasta nuggets, uncooked

In a large pot, melt butter. Add sausage and next 6 ingredients. Cook until sausage is lightly browned. Stir in bouillon and seasonings. Add water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Prepare pasta according to package; drain. Stir into soup; heat through. 6 to 8 servings.
