GRANDMA'S HOMEMADE NOODLES 
10 heaping tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 half egg shells of water

In a large bowl, make a well with the flour. Put the salt, water and eggs in the center. Beat until thick. Take the dough out of the bowl and work more flour into the mixture. Form a flat circle and roll it out. It will need to be thin. Let it set to dry before cutting. Cook the dry noodles in broth.
