GRANDMA ARMSTEAD'S HOMEMADE
NOODLES
 
3 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Scant tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. dry milk
2 c. flour (about)

Beat eggs with water, then add salt and oil and beat. Combine dry ingredients and work egg mixture into flour. Add more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. roll dough thin on floured board and let dry 2 hours (approximately). Roll like a jelly roll, then slice. Cook noodles 30 minutes in boiling water or broth. (If possible, turn 1/2 way during standing time.)
