GRANDMA'S NOODLES 
This is a recipe that almost cannot be written down because no one had to measure the ingredients.

4 eggs
1/2 an eggshell, full of water 4 times
1 tsp. salt
Flour
Turkey or chicken broth

Beat well. Add enough flour to make a dough, not sticky. Roll out thin with rolling pin onto floured wax paper. Shift dough so that it does not stick. Let dry. Cut into fourths. Roll up the flat dough and slice crosswise to desired width. Toss and allow to dry some more on floured wax paper.

Add to boiling broth, seasoned. Flour on noodles thickens the broth to make a gravy like consistency.
