FANTASTIC POTATOES 
4-6 med. potatoes
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. melted butter

Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise into "fingers". Fry potato fingers in oil until lightly browned. Add rosemary (crushed) salt and pepper. Add water (slowly so you don't get burned by the spatter). Transfer whole thing into baking dish and pour butter over top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 4.
