MUSTARD BEANS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. minced onions
1 (9 oz.) frozen yellow wax beans or 16 oz. can, drained

Combine all ingredients except beans; bring to boiling point, until sugar is dissolved. Add beans. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes; cool. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Serve.
