MUSTARD BEANS | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 3 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (1 lb.) can wax beans, drained or 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen wax beans, thawed Combine all ingredients except beans; bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add beans; simmer uncovered 5 minutes; cool. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Serve with meat or a s salad ingredients. |
