MUSTARD BEANS 
4 qt. string beans (yellow string beans)
1/2 jar prepared mustard (or 1 c. dry mustard)
1 lb. granulated sugar
1 pt. vinegar (diluted)

Cut string beans into pieces about 1 1/2 inches long. Boil string beans in salt water. Add prepared mustard, sugar and diluted vinegar and stir until thoroughly mixed. To can - fill quart jars immediately and seal.
