“SOUTHERN PECAN PIE” IS IN:

SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1/3 stick butter
1 c. pecan halves
1 (9") pie crust, unbaked

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, a pinch of salt of salt, corn syrup and melted butter. Add pecans.

Pour mixture into an unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 350°F until a knife inserted in between center and crust comes out clean, or about 50 minutes.
