PEACH CUSTARD DESSERT 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2/3 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease square pan, 9"x9"x2". Mix baking mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the butter. Spread in pan; arrange peach slices on top. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix sour cream and egg; drizzle over top. Bake until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm, and if desired, with sweetened whipped cream. 9 servings.
