BARBECUED ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cut steak into crosswise slices 1 inch wide. Heat oil in skillet; brown steak on all sides. Remove meat to casserole. Pour off fat, then place all ingredients in skillet and simmer 3 minutes. Pour over steak, cover and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Serves 4.
