BANANA SPLIT ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained & chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix eggs, sugar, Eagle Brand milk with mixer until sugar is completely dissolved. Add cherries, pineapple, bananas, and pecans. Mix all together and pour into ice cream freezer can and add enough milk to fill to fill line. Freeze as usual.
