BANANA SPLIT ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. half and half
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 bananas, chopped
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, rinsed, drained and chopped

Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add 6 cups milk and salt; mix well. Pour egg mixture into large saucepan and place over low heat; cook, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated. Combine egg mixture, condensed milk, half and half and vanilla. Stir well. Add fruits. Pour into 4 quart freezer can and freeze.
