4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
6 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. half and half
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 bananas, chopped
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained, chopped

Bat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add 6 cups milk and salt. Pour egg mixture into large saucepan. Place over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated.

Combine egg mixture, condensed milk, half and half, and vanilla. Stir well. Add bananas and cherries; pour into freezer. Freeze according to manufacturers directions. Let set 1 hour. Yield 1 gallon.
