MARINADE FOR MOST CUTS OF BEEF 
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. wine or wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate all day or overnight before barbecuing. Serves 6.
