APPLE CRISP 
4 c. peeled, sliced apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
Dash of cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. self-rising flour

Sprinkle apple slices with sugar and pour water over mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Melt butter and pour onto sugar and flour mixture and mix together until crumbly. Crumble over the top of apple mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until light brown.
