APPLE CRISP 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
8-12 apples, peeled & sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water

Crumble flour, sugar and butter with pastry blender. Put sliced apples in shallow baking dish. Pour water over apples. Sprinkle cinnamon on apples and spread flour mixture over top of apples.

Bake in 350 degree oven until apples are done and crumble on top is brown. May be served warm with cream or ice cream.
