APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced cooking apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
1 c. oats, uncooked
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter

Place apples in greased shallow baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients and add melted butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbly mixture over apples. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
