MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. coconut
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 jar marshmallow fluff
Chocolate frosting

Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Mix flour, butter, cocoa, coconut and vanilla together. Add to egg mixture. Beat well and add nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately spread a jar of marshmallow cream on cake. After cake cools, put your favorite chocolate frosting over cake.
