POCKET BOOK ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. sour cream

Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda and sugar; add cornmeal and mix well. Add egg and sour cream. Roll 1/2" thick on lightly floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter. Brush lightly with butter. Crease and fold over. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
