SUPER-STUFFED SANDWICH LOAF 
CRUST:

3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. rapid-rise yeast
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. salad oil

FILLING #1:

1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cooked and thinly sliced
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese

FILLING #2:

Sliced pepperoni and cheese

FILLING #3:

Sliced ham and Cheddar cheese

FILLING #4:

6 oz. thinly sliced corned beef
1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
8 oz. well-drained sauerkraut

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a mixing bowl. Stir in oil and hot water. Turn out on floured surface and knead for 4 minutes. Roll dough to 14x10 inch rectangle. Leave 2 inches uncovered on each end, and arrange any combination of above fillings on dough.

Roll as for jelly roll and place on well-greased cookie sheet or in well-greased loaf pan. Let rise in warm place until light, 30-45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes until lightly browned.

If using Italian sausage for filling, cook sausage in microwave or oven and slice thinly. Then cook pepper and onion until tender. Proceed as above.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
