1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello brand strawberry flavored gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. cold milk
2 env. Dream Whip whipped topping mix
1 pt. strawberries
1/3 c. cold water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla

Hull and finely chop strawberries. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and set aside. Gradually blend milk into cream cheese in mixer bowl. Add vanilla and whipped topping mix. Blend. Then beat at high speed of electric mixer for 3 minutes. Turn mixer speed to low; blend in gelatin. Stir in strawberries. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or 6 cup molds. Chill about 3 hours. Unmold (if you want to) and garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries.
