SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. corn bread, crumbled
1 c. cooked yellow squash
1 med. onion
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
4 oz. cooked chicken
3/4 c. broth, made from bouillon cube
4 slices Weight Watchers Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 tbsp. low-cal butter

Cook carrots and onions (squash already cooked). Mix together with corn bread, broth and chicken. Stir in cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
