BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
Dash of salt
1/2 c. ice water

FILLING:

1 qt. blackberries
1 c. sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Combine crust ingredients and roll out thin. Grease 1 quart baking dish. Put three-fourths of the dough on bottom of baking dish (leave one-fourth for top crust).

Combine blackberries, sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of berry mixture into dish. Dot with butter. Pour other half of berry mixture in dish. Place rest of dough on top in strips. Bake 1 hour, 325 degrees. Serves 6-8.
