SPRING ROUND-UP ROAST | |
1 (4 to 4 1/2 lb.) boneless chuck roast 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can mushroom soup Salt and pepper to taste Season roast with salt and pepper. Place on heavy duty foil in baking pan. Sprinkle with dry soup mix and mushroom soup on top. Seal foil tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. |
