BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. flour
2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. blueberries

Place first 5 ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl. Stir in 2 cups of flour, then baking powder and blueberries. Bake in greased muffin tins at 425 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes.
