HELEN FARLEY'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted shortening
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries

Beat egg with sugar; sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and shortening. Fold in berries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until done. Yields 18 muffins.
