BREAKFAST SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground sage
1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients well in bowl. Chill overnight. Form into patties. Fry slowly until brown on each side.

Makes 6 to 8 patties.
