CHICKEN POT PIE | |
5 med. split chicken breasts 5 med. potatoes, cut in very sm. pieces 2 carrots, cut into very sm. pieces 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken broth 1 c. milk 1 c. flour 1 stick butter, melted Cook chicken breasts in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Cool, remove from bones, cut into small pieces. Add potatoes, carrots, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can chicken broth. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Mix milk, flour and melted butter. Spoon on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. |
