CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE OVER RICE 
Peeled crawfish tails
2 pats butter
Green onions, diced
Bell pepper, diced
Celery, diced
Garlic cloves, minced
Cajun seasoning
Deveined cooking shrimp

Roux flour and oil. Stir until light to medium brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are soft. Pour over rice and enjoy.
