2 1/2 c. cane sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallow creme

Cook sugar, milk and butter until mixture forms a soft ball and set aside. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme and mix well. Frost the MILKY WAY® cake and it is wonderful!
