MEXICAN PIE 
4 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. nut meats
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat yolks until light, add butter, sugar, vinegar, nuts and raisins. Then add the well beaten whites. Pour into a pie shell and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in a slow oven (300 degrees).
