PINEAPPLE SPICE ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 3 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. salad oil 2 c. shredded zucchini 2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. raisins Mix well first 6 ingredients, sift and add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Bake in 3 regular loaf pans, greased and lined with wax paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
