FRENCH SILK FROSTING 
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. butter, softened
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate (cool)
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Beat powdered sugar, butter, chocolate and vanilla in small mixer bowl on low speed. Add milk gradually; beat until smooth and fluffy. Frost two 9 inch layers or three 8 inch layers.
