KILLER MOIST CAKE
1 White or yellow box cake
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup oil
2-3 eggs
1 large box Chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Top with Butter Cream or Cream Cheese Frosting

Experiment for killer cakes, do not be afraid, you can hardly go wrong, so step up and try something different.

Take any yellow or white box of cake mix and substitute orange juice for the water and use the number of eggs that the box calls for. Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix at slow speed until blended, then mix at medium to high for two (2) minutes. Pour in a 9x13 sheet cake pan and bake at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes, check with a toothpick pushed into the cake to see if it is done, should come out clean.

NOTE: If cake is well browned but still showing moist batter on the toothpick cover with aluminum foil to finish it up. Let cool and top with your frosting.

Don't be afraid to experiment with cake mixes, they are hard to mess up and easy to improve. Use pineapple, apple, juices, lemonade or cranberry juice and add any pudding flavor that grabs your fancy. Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon etc. all work great and don't forget the sour cream.

For a little "smokey decadence" in your cakes, you can add 2-3 tablespoonfuls of molasses or about 1/2 cup of Turbinado Sugar.
