FRENCH SILK FROSTING 
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. butter, softened
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate (cool) or use Baker's chocolate (liquid unsweetened chocolate)
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Beat powdered sugar, butter, chocolate and vanilla in small mixer bowl on low speed. Add milk gradually; beat until smooth and fluffy. Frosts 2 (9 inch) layers or 3 (8 inch) layers.
