MOM'S MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley

Wash mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Put into glass or stainless steel bowl. Pour marinate over mushrooms, refrigerate and let set at least 6 hours.
