MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/3 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
3 or 4 cloves garlic
1 lb. mushrooms

Mix all ingredients, but mushrooms together in covered jar or bowl. Add mushrooms. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 days.
