3 c. sugar
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. milnot
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. stick butter
1 c. nuts

Mix sugar, milnot, butter and cook until it boils. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chips and marshmallow cream. Mix and put in 9 x 13 pan. Cool.
