PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. persimmon (prepared)
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 c. self rising flour
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs and sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and persimmon. Then add the flour alternately with the milk. Add butter which has been melted in the pan in which you are to bake the pudding. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
