CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh backfin crab
4 tbsp. mayonnaise (heaping)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 slices bread, broken & soaked in 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix well above ingredients except cheese. Place in greased baking dish (8"x8"). Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
