CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour (half white, half whole wheat)
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well.

1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Mix very well, add to flour mixture.

Add 1 1/4 cups orange juice.

Add 1 cup nuts and 1 1/2 cups halved cranberries. (Cranberries are easier to cut in half when they are frozen.)

Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes in greased and floured loaf pan (or muffins for 20 minutes).

Makes 1 large loaf, 2 small loaves, or 2 dozen muffins.
