MUSHROOMED BEEF 
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, cut up last 1/2 hour
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chuck roast, cut up
1 env. Lipton beef mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's cream of onion soup
1 soup can sherry
2 gloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. fresh pepper

In a large casserole (2 1/2 - 3 quart size), mix all the ingredients together, except for the mushrooms. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Add fresh mushrooms during last 1/2 hour.
