BEEF ROAST ALICE 
Any roast of beef (will be very tender)
2-3 cans Franco-American Brown Gravy
1 can mushroom pieces
Cut up onion
Season to taste
2 cans Campbell's mushroom soup
5 or 6 carrots (whole or cut)
4 potatoes, lg. (cut in quarters)

Brown roast. Put in roaster and cover with all ingredients. Cover tightly with aluminum foil, shiny side in. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
