BEEF WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
Beef roast
3 cans cream of mushroom soup

You will be wrapping the roast in foil. Use wide foil to contain the mushroom soup. Place foil and roast in roasting pan. Add the mushroom soup. Do not add water. Close the foil around the roast so that the soup will not cook away. The roast and soup should be completely enclosed in foil.

Roast at 350 degrees for 3 hours. The meat will be well-done and the mushroom gravy brown and ready-to-eat -- no flour to add -- no mess.
