| CROCK POT BEEF TIPS | |

1 pkg. beef tips or lean stew meat 1 can beefy mushroom soup 1 can beefy gravy or cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. dry onion flakes (opt.) Salt & pepper Cut beef tips into bite size pieces. Lightly salt and pepper and place in crock pot. Mix soups and gravy and pour over meat. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice. | |

I had prepared this with a slight variation...I had used golden mushroom soup instead and after cooking tossed with sour cream and noodles..kind of like a stroganoff ...It was incredible...!!!
