ORANGE SLICE BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. orange slices (fresh and soft)
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut

Beat eggs until light. Add brown sugar, flour, baking powder, cold water and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in the orange slices, nuts and coconut. Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes in a 9x13-inch pan.

Makes 3 dozen good sized bars.
