PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. Sharp cheese, grated
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Spread pineapple chunks with juice in casserole dish. Mix sugar and flour together and spread over pineapple; cover with cheese and top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Melt stick of butter. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until brown on top and bubbly.
