CHICKEN ROTEL CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag Doritos
1 lb. cheese
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Boil chicken until done and debone chicken. Combine 1 can Rotel, 1 can cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup; blend together. Line bottom of casserole dish with Doritos. Alternate chicken and soup mixture and chili powder. Top with grated cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted.
